I'd have to do some work on those replacement fingers, Peter.....They look far too young and smooth to match my old hands.  Grin Grin

But those ones won't bleed !

Mind you, as you say, a few bandages round them and they'd look perfectly normal.

Anyone suggest a good red paint, or will I have to mix my own to get a decent substitute for the blood ?

Phil found this recipe for fake blood for you :-

2/3 cup Corn Syrup
1/3 cup Water
5 Tablespoons Corn Starch
3 to 5 Teaspoons Red Food Coloring
2 or 3 Drops Green Food Coloring
1 Drop Peppermint extract, if desired.

So your artifical fingers can look right  Whew!
