It's definitely thicker than GW or the Vallejo washes, I'm not familiar with Black Hat.  I like how it flows, It fills cracks, but does not form a hard line, the edges remain blurry.

I got a reply back from Army Painter, they've pointed me in the direction of Warlord Games for distribution.
