. . . "Cheers drive" . . .

My daughter said that to me once, when I gave her a lift somewhere. I was Not Amused.

They played a clip of him speaking as Darth Vader this morning on the BBC news and well, his voice was really too high a pitch to convery menance, which was a shame. Having Darth Vader say:

"Cheers drive" ........

As a father of three now adult daughters I think the correct response to the above is "Cheers Walk!" :) :)

I believe he thought Lucas was going to use his voice for Darth Vader. Shame really, Darth Vader speaking broad Brizzle would have been . . . different.

Wasn't his on-set nickname "Darth Farmer"?

The new Cheers Drive brought a lot of smiles to local people when it was announced :D

Angel.....The oldest of our old horses. :(

A downed horse is one of the most pathetic things you'd ever see. :(
I actually mouthed 'Bolt gun' to Von, at one stage...The vet eventually found a vien.
She's at peace now.

Phil  :'(

Steve J

Sorry to hear that Phil. As a VSO in Nigeria, I used to time keep in polo games (getting the best seat in the house) and now and then you'd see a polo pony break a leg and have to be put down on the field. Not a pretty sight :(

FierceKitty

That's heart-breaking, Phil. :(

I am sorry to hear that Phil.  I am sure you gave her a good life though.
