I am building a French army with the French Brigade in Ireland as it's core then with additional guard, cavalry, etc to make it playable in Flanders, etc

Excellent! Always good to have the Irish involved. I do the much less famous nine years war (Tyrone’s Rebellion) a hundred years before. It did in the end produce the Wild Geese. 😀 LoA, best uniforms of any period imho.
