A friend of mine found them in a box in his garage and it is now driving him mad trying to  get info as to what they are!

Never seen anything like those, before. :o

Couldn't even make a wild guess at who had sculpted those.

Sorry.  :(

We think they are from that era but are not any of the Minifigs ranges we know.

From that era.....

I don't think so F/P.

They make me think (HAH ! X_X) of something RIGHT at the back of (what is laughingly known as) my brain, that I've heard of in some book or other.

Something akin to 'Gulliver's Travels' ?

Folk far more literate/well read than yours truly, might have an idea.

The better half (Von) has come up with 'something' from the Beatles' Yellow submarine cartoon.....

When I first saw them  I thought of Gulliver's Travels

I have no idea as to the mini.  But since monopods were "known" to be resident in Prester John's kingdom (later identified with Ethiopia by the Portuguese), I wouldn't mind learning.

I have been told to ask if there is anything on the bottom of the base.  A year or some letters?

RATS !!

This is really irritating me !  ;) ;D ;D ;D

'Cos I feel I should be able to push this topic 'forward'.

We might never be able to identify the manufacturer........But somehow the overall look of the figures feels SO familiar.

AAARGH !!!  ;)

Remind me of the one footed guys in the third Narnia movie. Forget their name. Sorry, first time I've seen them!

I sent word to the Reaper forums and from there Chris Palmer  there sent word to the Vintage Lead Facebook page.  Thus I can relay the following message:

Quote from: Chris PalmerDavid Wood on the Vintage Lead Facebook page ID-d them as Admins Miniatures.  They are their Large Eyed Nasnas (AD4)
