Our next show sees us heading north to the excellent Claymore show, taking place Edinburgh College's Granton Campus.  This one is always a busy day out so head over to the SESWC website for more info: https://seswc.co.uk/2019/07/10/claymore-2019/

As is my custom, I dropped in on the afternoon of the show for a short while. Had to make it a short visit as I had to meet up with Mrs Westie who had been shopping in Edinburgh centre and had opted not to attend. Met Jim Duncan loitering at the entry desk and had a good long chat with him - given his health issues he seems to be doing well. I'm not sure how it went but the attached link indicates that attendance might have been down on previous years. Having said that, the Pendraken stand was busy when I was making my usual purchase - M'lady dealt with my purchase while Leon was engrossed in conversation with someone - and it looked a decent enough show. Hi Westie

I'll be speaking to some of the SESWC club members soon so I might get some snippets of relevant information. I will feed back here.

My 'loitering' at the entry desk was necessitated by the useful presence of my best gaming buddy and a seat in the cool draft from the door. There was also easy access to the cash office as I had a few entries in the B&B.
