Here is my first BKC-IV painted army. I bought a starter pack to jump in the action and i was very happy of the models (first experience in 10mm and with Pendraken).

Being models for gaming, i like to paint them at "base game level" to dont be afraid of over using them.

I realized an aestethic for bases with a bit of "fantasy", it could be a tuscanian bushy mountain or other hillsock place in north-west scenario, but i preferred a good aestethic to a good autenticity.

After painting 2000+ 6mm napoleonic soldiers, this was easy peasy as it took 2 hours for basing and 8 hours to paint everything else. And having a little time for painting, this is a great plus on 10mm for me!

Next step: painting some futuristic stuff & then German army!

A +1 for the vehicle and figure painting.

Bases are a personal thing.  In terms of exploiting an aesthetic value - I would give you 10 out of 10.  They are playable pieces on the table.   They are nobody's business but your own.

Keep supplying us with such inspiring eye candy.  Smiley
