Q : If one player is using a list that states no air superiority can be achieved - the rules on p17 say to skip the test. Does this mean the other player(s) get automatic Superiority please?

Thanks

Excellent thanks -
Just wanted to check that it didn't mean the other player(s) couldn't get Superiority.
