I am very pleased, and excited, to announce the newest Leg of the annual Good, Bad and Ugly International HOTT Tournament.  It is the Paris Leg, coordinated by Claude Chenuil. This brings us up to 13 legs in five countries.

Welcome Claude and the Paris Leg gamers!

This tournament is held on various dates in the fall, usually running in October and November and is probably in its 16th year now, and 7th year for being international.

Anyone interested in running a leg or just joining in playing let me know and we'll let you know the requirements or the Leg nearest you.

The theme this year developed by Mike McEwan of the Shetlands and Euan Caldwell of Glasgow is "Old School".

Old School - A chance to build an army with the figures you loved as a teenager!

Dig out and dust of those long forgotten Minifigs painted Gloss!
Give 20mm plastics some love!
Or build an army from your favourite teenage Scifi or fantasy series!
Or even just build an army from the original rules!

Or, some are interpreting it – "back to basics" i.e. orcs and wizards and men and hobbits, etc.  a la Tolkien as an example (but not restricted to Tolkien).
