ESCENOGRAFIA EPSILON are NOT prepainted.

The are painted. Predelivery if you like, but not Prepainted.

If they were prepainted they would be unpainted.

Its the same way you can't preorder something, only order it.

I might buy some painted buildings, do you have any?
I have neither the time nor the crayons to explain why you are wrong.

Yes they are, painted before delivery so pre-painted. (i know it's a laugh, but lets not make it confusing for people with english as a 2nd or 3rd language!)

Doesn't that make them "painted pre-delivery" rather than "pre-painted".

My experience of this forum is that many people with English as a first language still get easily confused.  ;D

How about pre unpainted and painted by Elves during shipping?

Orcs

Surely you are buying  "painted buildings ". They are not Pre Painted, Post painted (by postmen?) After panted. Part painted. They are just Painted.

Pre-painted is correct.

As opposed to painted, as painted could mean they are shipped to you then someone comes around to paint them as much as painted then shipped.

Pre-owned and owned when said in the present tense are both correct. Although what that has to do with this topic I don't know, but I am hoping it annoys someone, as I am just trying to rebase lead figures that were on MDF bases, fixed with 'No More Nails'  and my fingers are screaming in pain - I want others to suffer with me :D
