Hi All

I had a look at Eureka's website and when I go to click a 'Click to Enlarge' it comes up with a 403 'Forbidden error. They can't reproduce it there and I think it's due to web site owners' permissions, could anybody try clicking the 'Click to Enlarge' on https://www.eurekamin.com.au/product_info.php?cPath=87_694_695_726&products_id=9851 which is for 20mm Japanese 36-45 which are really nice by the way  :D.

Scrub the topic if not appropriate.

Cheers

Same error message for me on that item.  I tried some of the other products and those images enlarge fine, no worries.

It works here from the States. Prehaps it's fixed now.

I'm getting the same error for just up the road (well 1000km) from them.
And she said "You haven't bought more of those little men have you?"

Hi All

Thanks for trying. I'm still getting the same problems with both Firefox and Chrome so something strange is lurking in the permissions somewhere. I'll let them know we have a mixed result.

Cheers

Hello All

Word back is that it is to do with the https and the ssl certificate that has just been renewed, the differences in global responses is because of the "dissemination of the new SSL details around the world". Apparently if you discard the 's' from https it works as it should.

Cheers, thanks again for the help.
