As it's my birthday in a few days I thought I'd buy my own present ( seen as I never get one otherwise). Dipping my toe into AWI with a starter army that I just ordered. Really can't wait to get my paws on these, happy days.

Mine's in a few days.  I bought myself some of the new Korean War ranges.

Well I can tell you that they are really, really lovely sculpts. Difficult to choose between these and the LoA range as they are both sculpted by Clibinarium.

Maybe he was writing friendly letters, but the blood stains from the dremel accidents made the letters look threathening? Maybe it was just a big misunderstanding!

I have some spending money on my paypal account from my birthday last tuesday, and coupled with my sweepstake winnings, i can treat myself to two armies. HAstings is first pick, followed by succesors and persians, after that punic wars. Now if that bloody A&MW book would turn up, i could start planning my army. I really need it. Last week i had enough  for three armies, but the longer i wait, the less i have. Too much nice tuff around (i just bought the new reaper bones mouslings this morning, to keep the collection complete!)
