It's nae a big deal; they dinnae weir anythin' under the kilt, so it's only a wee minute tae wash, d'ye ken?

Moved the Highland levies off the painting rods :)

Sorted the officers and shot for the next three units, now awaiting the arrival of the pike when Pierre the Shy collects the Highland levy :-w

Cut out 33 :o bases for the various cargo ships that Aksu kindly 3D printed for me

should be +6 standard bearers as well....

Looking after kids tonight so started basing levy once they were asleep.....trying to get mixture of more formally organised highland unit than the clan units I have done already but depicting a minority of figures still armed with traditional highland weaponry.

Done first unit and looks pretty good even without flock or static grass added yet.

Took some pictures of dragoons etc.

Only got the last 6 regular pike units and 4 stands of cavalry left to finish this project now.

OK then here they are:

Firstly some field artillery not previously pictured:

and the Dragoons. I did 4 units, 2 for Covenant and 2 for Royalists:

From the side.

The dismounts are a mix of Pendraken and Lancer Miniature figures. The two seem to mix well. Lancer command stand on the left, Pendraken on the right.

The mounted dragoons are all Pendraken figures:

Rather than have separate horse holders I will just swap the dismounts into the unit movement tray and leave the mounted command stand to mark where they dismounted. We use 3 mounted dragoon figures per base to differentiate the mounted dragoons from proper cavalry which have 4.

I've based up all the Highland Levy but I let the glue dry overnight before flocking them.

That's all I have today Techno.
