I'm still writing up my Alford scenario...and Paul asked me today "just about finished the second lot of highlanders, whats next?" 

Haven't even painted the bases for them yet.....but no I haven't been slacking Techno - been adding static grass/gorse/heather to lots of previously completed bases     

My 10mm unpainted Scots figure box is getting very empty......

Started doing the figure bases but had to head off to work

Finished the figure bases and took them off the painting rods ready for Pierre the Shy to collect after our game this evening

Some pottering around today including gluing up most of my remaining sabot bases

Based up 130+ highlanders (5 units) tonight after painting up bases for them.....these will all need labels, banners and flocking and then tussock clumps etc applied to match the ones I have done already......Paul's method of painting tartan really does look good.

Started writing up Alford AAR....and downloading pictures....thinking I need to find a free/cheap blog hoster like some others here use to post lengthier reports?

Still have to add 72 more pikes for the last six Covenant infantry units......and Paul is burning through all the other stuff I need painting very quickly now.....so I better get on to them.
