This release should be a useful one for a variety of games and periods, basically anywhere that you'd have found wooden houses and fire!

There's two slightly different types in the pack and the chimneys are separate pieces so you can choose whether to put them in or not. The left-hand ruin measures 70x50mm, and the right-hand one is 75x50mm.  The chimneys are 30mm tall.

SCN-EF08    Burnt out houses (x2)    £5.00

These are based on a variety of period photos which show burnt out buildings like this with the chimney left intact, including:

Narvik, Norway

Russia

Stalingrad

With the chimneys left off though, these could do service almost anywhere really.

They're rather good ... if somewhat depressing.

Interesting !  With some N gauge bits, and Irregular doors/windows, I could probably build a " timber" frame to sit on these bases.

That would give me (A) an intact house and (B ) a destroyed base.  :)

I will add a couple to the June order

Hullo,
Very useful if you want to make a model of what any and all of the cities and  villages in Lapland looked like after the Germans retreated in 1944 (when Finland was at war with them).

Cheers,
Aksu

Are they moulded as one piece? Or does the chimney come separate?
