I had a gaming buddy come and stay for the weekend last week, so cue three days of gaming! Mark is the son-in-law of friends of ours and last year he got into tabletop gaming. So far he had only experienced Games Workshop games, but I'd intrigued he enough with Frostgrave for him to go out and buy a copy of the rules. I thought it only fair to give Mark an opportunity to actually try the rules, hence the weekend visit. More piccis on the blog http://grahamsgaming.blogspot.co.uk/2018/03/five-days-of-gaming.html

Sounds like fun!

Played a bit of Shadespire myself lately, so far so good, it has the advantage of no scenery and quick play. I'd rather play Frostgrave but just don't get the time for getting the scenery made put  together and setting up.

Having never been a big fan of fantasy I surprised myself when Frostgrave was introduced to our club.........I loved it, so much so we are planning on putting on a Frostgarve game at the Durham Wargames show in June  :D :D :D

Frostgrave has been the excuse to dig out all kinds of old odds and ends I've had lying around and put them on the table.

Will - I'd be happy to do that. When are you off for Easter?
