Apart from a paint job, the uniform is near enough.  Russian jackboot and high leg boot are of course different -  BUT
in 1/150 the difference is about 1mm or less.  

The retention of the Gymnastjerka blouse (it was issue up until 1971) is more of a problem. If one filed the seem of the blouse, you could create the Summer suit mono of the 1970s.
