1) What ruleset do you use in your last game? - Honours of War - somewhere in Western Germany 1758.

2) What armies were confronted? - 10mm French vs Allied Army of Observation.  French started with 5 battalions (1 superior), 1 light detachment (small, inferior), 3 cavalry regiments, a dragoon regiment (inferior) and an 8# battery defending a ridge and a village with another 2 battalions arriving during the game.  The Allies had 7 battalions (1 superior), 2 cavalry (superior) and 2 dragoon regiments and a 12# battery.

3) Did you feel comfortable with the ruleset? - Broadly

4) and... was this the first time you used this ruleset? - Yes

5) How many players were in the game? - solo

6) What went well?  Interesting combats and influence of different capabilities of brigadiers. Found out the benefit of superior cavalry!  MG Zastrow managed to roll well on most of his command rolls so his brigade stormed the village earlier than I was expecting.

7) What could have been improved? My understanding of the rules.  Not placing supporting lines of units in close proximity for the lead unit to retreat through (M Hamilton's brigade of Cavalerie suffered from this).
