I can not comment on the size of the box that arrived from Northstar while I was staying with my mother in the hospital.  However...

I'm thinking that these Tribals might do for Woses

And these crew will do just fine as Corsairs

Meanwhile, my attempt to do some swaping to turn the Barbarians into some Uruk Hai that would match my non GW minis better than the ones I painted

To my mind they are wearing too much to really work and I'm not sure I have the right heads.  I was surprised how well the Warlord pike fit to Barbarian body.
There is also a Sudanese with a blowpipe that might be useful for Far Harad.

Interesting choices.

I particularly like the orcs!

"We are the fighting Uruk-Hai!" :)

I'm more used to "Elder Scrolls" Orcs than GW ones these days and they are rather better dressed.
There are 100 types of people in the world, those who understand binary and those who can work from incomplete data

Look forward to seeing those painted, 'Cookie'.  :)

Started painting some horses for the Riders:

The bare horses in front are from Eureka and are a bit small.  I used them to test some schemes and they will make good objective markers.

This is the guide I'm using.

Some terrific shading there, Cookie. I like the range of colours you have chosen for the horses.
