I have just found that it has been reprinted as a paperback by Routledge for £25.99.

I saw Charles Grant at the weekend, he was on a SYW recce with you, when is the tour taking place ?

Hi Cam,
Correct on all counts as usual.
The First Tour, Frederick in Poland, is happening 23-30 August ie in 3 weeks time.
The second tour, Frederick in Bohemia, is 19-26 September 2018 and is open for booking.
There may be a third tour, Frederick in Germany in 2019 if we are all spared, but nothing confirmed yet. Its a bit far ahead to commit to specific dates and British passports may not work in Germany by then.
