It's great fun once in a while, but I'd hate to have to go through all this business on a daily basis to feed my family! (stumbles wearily to the pan to check that the yakhni level is still above the rice for the pilao and that the caramelised pork and almond mixture hasn't been located by scouting ants)

I have been watching this on Netflix which is fun. It's sort of the history of Indian cooking by region

Love Indian cooking. Mostly some other chap does it (much better than I can) and i take it home in little metal trays. Straightforward really  Wink
