Indomitable Gauls

[Duke Speedy of Leighton]

A quick, fun project for a friend to use as generals in his Gallic army last weekend, but I get to keep them.  Basically, they were from a French 00s part work, I just ink washed, painted, and based them. 


Asterix




Obelix & Dogmatix (in kennel, with a bone)




Vitalstatisix (he got used as a mounted general!)




Getafix

Yes, he came with the pigeon coup!



Gallic camp, with Pallisade, made of Obelix's quarry.




Tempted to turn these into an army for myself, but I would have to add appropriate noses to all the Pendraken Gauls!

What about the Mc(and other)Dwarfs?  I seem to remember that some of them are suitably nasally-endowed and hirsute enough to make fine companions for Asterix and Co?!
