Figure Spacing

I'm trying to decide whether close order troops should be on a 10mm frontage or an 8mm frontage.

8mm, or as close as you can get them - buy more figures, Leon has a family to feed!  :D

My recollection is that close order infantry were expected to occupy a box 2' wide by 2.5' deep when firing so I'd go with the 8mm frontage (or less if that's possible).

I could put them slightly closer together but I haven't checked all the poses in the pack so I am now expecting to use 8mm as standard.
