Buy cheap, buy twice...

I should know this by now, but buying cheap isn't always the road to saving money.

Bought an 8-pack of tubes of super glue from the local $3 shop (i.e. shop that sells cheap tat), thinking that this was a bargain. More fool me - went to glue some chariots to their bases this morning, and of the 5 tubes I had left, ALL of them were empty!!! Either the glue had evaporated, or they were never filled in the first place...

Will by glue from reputable sources in future.

...On the other hand, I bought a pack of cheap 'super glue' bottles
and they seemed to last forever - fantastic buy.

Then, I bought official 'superglue' (with the squeezy sides) and the
damned thing glued itself shut after a couple of squirts !   It just would
not come off, even when soaked in warm water.

In the bin - next buy back to Poundland...

I think you'll find that the front door is that way..... don't forget your coat :p
