I've been doing some 1:1 scale modelling today too - fitting the last couple of rows of laminate flooring in the conservatory, after having to wait for some wet areas to dry. The process is always such hard work, but the results look good!

Put laminate strips over the original bleak cell block tiles in our kitchen/living space/games room about a year ago; oh, the difference it makes to the quality of life!

Finished the Atheanian contingent for Keith's Mortal Gods. Photos later. Futility room got its first coat of paint on the original walls and roof.
