Ethiopians done; tidying up a few crusader and Ayyubid bases, but it's about time to get going on painting a few new units.
I don't drink coffee to wake up. I wake up to drink coffee.

Ayyubids remain, and Lo! the bird is on the wing.

The bloody woodpecker isn't. It's sitting at the top of an electricity pole hammering away on a metal plate. Noisy sod. =)

(I think the metal plate is a 'cut out' in the shape of a woodpecker, that's supposed to put them off going anywhere near the pole...It obviously isn't very effective.)%-(-

The Moving Finger writes; and, having writ,
Moves on: nor all your Piety nor Wit
Shall lure it back to cancel half a Line,
Nor all your Tears wash out a Word of it.

... or should that be moving paint brush? :)

Bases painted on figures for ashigaru reinforcements and a few new Hellenistic catapults. Facing a grim future of handmaking scores of sashimono.
