Early Korean War U.S troops finished off.
First small batch of 'Napoleonic' censored almost finished. (I'm probably not supposed to say exactly what they are.)

I've said it before, but getting 'headgear' right is one of the most difficult jobs to do. The tiniest little mis-tweak on something like a US helmet and it looks more like a Russian or Nazi helm.
Napoleonic's are just as bad for different reasons.....Getting the same shape right, on a number of different bods can be a swine.....And then there's the tiny, tiny detail to do.

Can you at least tell us if the horses for the Nappies are charging or standing?

I dunno...... X_X

I've got around 20 small groups of conversions to do....I'm being mentored......From a quick scan of all the images I've been sent...One does appear to have helmets.
No more questions. ;)
I'll be working my way through them in the order I'm asked to:P

Wait a minute! Aren't nappies what we (over here) call diapers? In which case charging or standing horses would mean.... :o :-&
Sleep with clean hands ...

Finally assembled and primed the Crusader AA tank than has lain in y drawer at work for far too many years. I added part of a figure to the turret to make it look manned. Also painted some BUAs for BBB that will have details added to them to show whether they are towns or villages. Not sure when that might be as painting mojo very, very low at present :(.

I started basing some Danish units for the 1st Schleswig-Holstein War last night. 3 figures on a 25mm square base, with 5 bases making a default unit. Rules of choice will be BBB, with Black Powder and Neil Thomas' 19thC Wargaming in reserve for smaller actions.
