Nearly had  a minor panic yesterday.

Down to my last full 'Catherine wheel' of Green Stuff......Time to order a load more.
Phone my usual supplier.....They're out of stock, at present.....unless I want to order a 'special' package, which includes a wheel of green stuff and a number of items that I don't personally need, and would never use.
That would have ended up as around £40 after postage. 

I'm not paying that for effectively a single reel.

Found a few places on Evil Bay that seem to have stock.....But I don't like dealing with them, after a bad experience with evil bay few years ago.
Quite a few places would sell me 'short strips' for around £8 a pop, which would make it ridiculously expensive.

Managed to find a single reel later, at a lower price than my normal supplier..so I bought that.
Hopefully my normal supplier will have some news about new stock, mid April.

I can get the green stuff 'sticks' for an equivalent price (per weight) loads of places..But I don't like those, as I waste even more than I do with reels.
I'll get some of those in an emergency.

Should have ordered a load more reels MONTHS ago. Didn't even consider the fact that all sorts of goods are being affected by supply problems due to the wretched virus.

Two batteries done for 10mm Austrians plus a cavalry detachment and a general.
Heavy hoplites built for Mortal Gods commission.
Two 10mm shooty Spanish cavalry units built.
Next batch of 6mm French nappies assembled.
