I like the figure density, the larger bases for the Mahdists and the overall look of the game

What base sizes are you using?

The Mahdist troops are based on 80x40mm, British infantry 20x20 and British cavalry 25x25mm. I opted for this size base for the Mahdist as I felt it represented the effect of a Warband better.

Thanks, that will help me work out how many figures I need 

I'll be using Volley & Bayonet so 75 x 38 for the regulars and probably 75 x 75 for the irregulars

Yep Blackpowder rules with the blood on the Nile supplement with a couple of our own added twists

I had a good look at the game while you were all involved over at the ACW table. I have to say that I was very impressed with the 10mm work, it really is a nice set up and lay out. Cracking good stuff
