We had another game on Saturday http://www.pendrakenforum.co.uk/index.php/topic,15361.msg225682.html#msg225682

When the weather cooperates I need to photograph the last of the Egyptians and I probably should do a mass shoot of all the armies as well

When the weather cooperates.......

Know the feeling Paul...The weather here is crazy this year - summer has consisted of two things - STRONG winds and rain.....neither are helpful when trying to spray 6mm microarmour or 1/3000 ships  :d
Though much is taken, much abides; and though
we are not now that strength which in old days
moved earth and heaven, that which we are, we are.

Finally had a chance to study the battle reports, lovely pictures Paul.
The figures look great in action. Was struck by comparing your battle to the 40,000 figures at Borodino:
http://www.pendrakenforum.co.uk/index.php/topic,15498.0.html

It is so much more effective to see a battle game (yours) played where terrain is given its proper scope (somthing I admit that is hard to do).
Both yours and Borodino use very sparse terrain features but yours are completely believable.

Looks like all your hard (and dedicated) work has paid off. :-bd

I didn't get a chance to photograph the final batch of this project, Armenians and Berber foot, before they were pressed into service.

After three weeks of hard service here they are

2x Armenians (Bw f or Bw s), 2x Berber spearmen (Sp)

One element of Crusader Pilgrims was late arriving for the campaign, something about their leader goosing around ;)

Really like the colors you  chose for the robes of the Armenians' and Berbers' robes and tunics.

Great looking stuff.
