In every solo game I am confident of leading an army to victory :)

None.

Somewhere in between.  :D

It doesn't really matter which army I use, I always start out feeling reasonably confident...and then the game starts. But I do like my Mongols and have a 50% win rate with them (out of 2 games).

My AWI British had got off to a good run of back to back victories and then fell spectacularly in their last outing against a bunch of raggedy rebels.

I have a New Kingdom Egyptian army in 20mm plastics, painted and based for Warhammer Ancients. They haven't been used for years but they do/did tend to win most battles. Even when they lose one particular unit of spearmen always refuse to break. :)

Great Northern War Swedes.   We used Black Powder rules and started out by
giving the Swedish cavalry lots of bonuses.   After they massacred the Russian
cavalry without breaking sweat, a re-think was called for.   Strangely enough,
the Swedes were quite popular for a while...

My 1944 Brits fare a lot better now that I've beefed up the off-table artillery with 5.5" howitzers other assorted nastiness.

All those years throwing Shermans at Panzers and every history book told me that artillery was the way to go!
