Shame about Wales, although I have got Portugal in the works draw, thus could be on for winning about 40.

Well, I think we can now breathe again. Whilst having no affection for the round-ball-kicky-fally-over-cry-cry game, I do appreciate the spirit engendered in our Cymric cousins. However, this could be dangerous. The tribes may rise again.

On the plus side, anyone now mentioning the men's round-ball-kicky-fally-over-cry-cry game team (especially 1966)  can now be countered with:
  • Iceland
  • Wales
  • Women's team, 2015

If the Romans can do it to the Sabines I don't see why the Welsh can't do it to the Wirral.
