Very first WH army I collected was Skaven. Lots of plague monks and plague censer bearers!

What will you be using for the bell? If you can get hold of a bell from the corpse cart kit (gw vampire counts), that would look good!

Craft suppliers would almost certainly have something suitable, if you don't want to 'nick' one from an existing model.
I expect you'd pay more for the postage than the bell, though.
