Don't know if anyone's mentioned this yet but the US WW2 code A9 for the M8 Scott 75mm GMC is illustrated with a photo of a UK A9 criuser :-)

Ah, I'll get that sorted.  It'll have A9 written on the painting stick, so MaxJpeg will have thought that was the code number!
