I don't wish to be negative  but...... That's what Techno had on his Sandwich board, when Octavian annexed Egypt in 30 BC and deposed Techno's then mistress Cleopatra.   Techno and Egypt are still here some time later.  Although most of Techno's Mistresses, tarts or women of ill repute have long gone.

I did try to make a list the other day

Cleopatra
One of Boudiccas daughters - The shorter one of the two I believe
Aethelfaled the easy ( Not the queen of the Mercians)
Freydís Eiríksdóttir.  ( He nearly lost his "chopper" to her fathers axe when caught "in flagrante when her father returned early from an exploring mission)
Eleanor of Aquitaine - He says he was only her advisor while her husband was away (yeah right)
Anne of Cleves. After the annulment to Henry  he joined her household as a painter and decorator.   Apparently while not the most attractive of his paramours  she was quite inventive. (Best I leave that to your imagination)
Nell Gwyn. He was particularly fond of her "Oranges"
Anne  Seymour Damer - Famous Sculptor. After posing as won of her muses, she taught him all he knows about sculpting.
At some point he got to America and got in with Laura Ingalls Wilder. Her little know erotic novel "Little Hump on the Prairie" is allegedly about their time together

I have not researched any more recently than this lest I find out something awkward.  :)

I'll be giving big hints for Mark to send me more plasters, very soon.
You should see the mess I've made of the back of my right wrist......Nothing to do with making wee men.....All to do with trying to remove a 'holder' for salt blocks, in the barn.

My hand slipped ! (Well...there's a surprise.!) =)

At least I've got (ground off) one of the frigging things....At last.

(I got told off for not wearing safety goggles.... with all the sparks whooshing around my face.)...Just don't ask.
