And don't be down on your painting its not bad!
You can achieve whatever finish you want its just a case of how long you want to spend on a model and practice. Try different techniques, express yourself as my old art teacher used to say  Smiley

Love the M24 Chaffee. Would be good for Korea and French Indochina, Perhaps Task Force Smith or the French Far East Expeditionary Corps markings?   Cool (Edit: Just read that Task Force Smith didn't have any tank support.  Embarrassed)
