In general terms, been thinking about aircrew figures... the Tojo kit hasn't got a hollowed-out cockpit but that doesn't mean that a head and shoulders pilot figure couldn't be fitted in.  Seems like 1/144 kits are nearer 10mm than 15mm, so a small bag of generic aircrew akin to the tank crew figures covering WW1, WW2 and modern would be ideal. :-\

Dare I suggest the Peter Pig strips of WW1 pilots? The chaps dropping bombs out the side might not be much use, but the be-goggled, leather helmeted pilots are probably usable right past WW2!

It's a beefy looking beast :)
