Got focused on these so I can make room for my 1917 project on my painting rods :!!

Did a few last touch ups when I got home from work and washed them last thing at night :)

A final dry brush and bases painted before work this morning :) :)

Working from home today so took some pictures before clearing them off the painting rods and painting the backs of the legs of the seated figures

This project is now done :o :) :D

Unless Pierre the Shy decides he needs some more British or Germans ;)

The 1914 Belgians count as a separate project once he works out where to get all the bits :-\

Picking these up tomorrow so will have to get on with basing them......

These are for
Germans - 2 x Cavalry Bde HQ's, 1 x Infantry Regimental HQ, 2 x scratch built Pontoon wagons (the limber teams) and crews for 2 x Daimler 3 ton trucks

British - 1 x Cav Div HQ, 1 x Cav Bde HQ, crews for 2 trucks and gun crews for a RA 4.5" howitzer battery and a Highland mountain battery that I decided to get in tribute to my grandfather who was a gunner officer from 1916 - 1952 and served in batteries so equipped.

This rounds out my 1914 BEF and German army stuff, but am going to do some 1914 Belgians next from various sources, mainly PM.

Big thanks to Paul for interspercing my painting requirements with his own  :-bd
Though much is taken, much abides; and though
we are not now that strength which in old days
moved earth and heaven, that which we are, we are.

So only battles fought in the afternoon then?
