Went for my interview on Thursday. Got the job.

The job is my job plus someone else's, and they get to work for me. Until they choose to leave.

I still get a 5% pay cut.

:D or :( ?

If you check the small print of your contract you'll actually find you are legally obliged to do so! ;)

Thank you all.

For all the downsides in my new role, there are upsides. A new role as a Training Manager should keep me out of trouble, and interested, for a while.

I can withstand anything as long as I have Pendraken.

.... and speaking of which. I have decided to start a Japanese WWII force to go against the mighty Soviet T26 and other tanks ... and was wondering if anyone had a Pendraken suggestion for suitable Japanese softskins?
