Hi,

I'm wondering if any warband players have good ideas about 10mm terrain. I have some bits and pieces, but am wondering what other people use.

I'm using a couple of hills from S&A, some roads from them too that are flexible.

What do you'll use?

We've a variety of terrain that's not-quite-scale-specific that's works between 6mm to 20mm ish (not all te same piece :D) like some roads, hedges, fields, woods, rough going, hills sort of things. Buildings we tend to use "to scale", and have various printed out, resin or laser cut MDF from a variety of manufacturers (Pendrakens various, Timecast, some others!).

One chaps got some very nice mushroom forests - I think they're actually a "D&D scale" 28mm "giant mushroom" but they look ace as a 10mm "fungi forest" :)

There's the Total Battle Miniatures Anglo-Saxon range: http://www.pendraken.co.uk/TBM-DA-S1-p7055/

Or there's some of the Escenografia pre-painted buildings: http://www.pendraken.co.uk/Escenografia-Epsilon-buildings-c34/

After those, there's all kinds of odds and ends in the various ranges, including the Zulu huts, Boer War block house, Mongol yurts, etc which could all do service.

Hi ricardo440

If you're looking for exotic temples, etc always keep a lookout at resin aquarium supplies in pet stores:-

I use roads from Fat Franks Wargame Terrain (http://stores.ebay.co.uk/fatfranks-wargaming), Trees from MiniBits and make most of my buildings.

Thanks Phil (Techno).  :)

D'you know I had never noticed that about Kerr & King.
Reminds me of our Venture Scout unit's dual turntables for the discos they used to put on. To differentiate the right and left they had Soul and King.

Escenografia really do the biz for me (I am essentially too lazy to paint buildings).

The online piccies don't really do them justice :)
Buy plenty of Matron's sculpts now!

I like Fat Frank's roads - and rivers - but the roads have grass verges both sides, making them less suited to built up areas. I'd like to try cutting off the verges, but I'm worried how they'd look. Has anyone tried?
