Thanks Benoit: I'm lucky enough to have a dedicated games room: it's actually a 20foot x 20 foot double garage that will never see a car in it 

My permanent table is an old noticeboard from work: solid wood surround & back - with a GW static grass mat glued to it:it measures 5.5 foot x 4 foot - I've got a variety of mats to chuck over it for different theatres. It also means that I can store all my figures & terrain there - with no need to get it off the dining room etc..!
