Have seen this mentioned elsewhere but was wondering if Minibits was producing sabot bases?

I'm interested in testing out Impetus and would like to use them rather than rebase my old DBx based guys.

If you're not making them, would it be possible to place a custom order?

You don't really need sabots for using WRG basing with Impetus.

A group of 4 bases is an Impetus unit.

We played that way for about a month and then rebased everything  :o

Never going back!  :D

Not wishing to take food out of the mouths of Leon's babes, bur Warbases offer a tremendous service, cutting sabots to your specifications (so you can add a mm or two on the inside to take account of the slopping over of basing material!)  and they are very good value. Worth sending them an e mail and getting a quote if Leon cannot help.

Thanks both.

Stupidly hadn't thought of just pushing WRG bases together; Will certainly do that this weekend on the initial try out :)

We can sort those for you, no bother at all.  If you can pop me an email through the Minibits site with the dimensions you need, we'll get them lasered up.

Played a game yesterday using DBM bases x 4 in sabot bases. Cuts down moving stuff around by 75% so well worth it.
