Thanks! So...I've got:

- Nov 5 for Crisis at Antwerp
- Nov 19/20 for Warfare at Reading

With Fiasco likely to be end of October & Smoggycon probably last weekend of November, we could go for weekend of November 12th...or earlier in October [avoiding half-term]...

I received my goodie from the raffle at Nikfest:  a nice Russian BTR 800 from Shaun at Sands Models which I'm gonna turn into one sexy shocktroop APC with dual laser cannon  <)  I have to say Shaun was brilliant, refusing my offer to pay for the difference (I went over budget) plus taking care of the postage and packaging costs as well!  Classy!  And the full resin model looks great!!

Excellent - glad it's landed safely [he did let me know it was en route]; Shaun is a star - total nice guy  8)

Wargames Illustrated is now out - I've not managed to be near enough to civilization to pick up a copy yet though...but there is the full 6 page coverage...not entirely sure how SteveJ's lovely-looking table didn't get a pic though  :o

Kiwidave

Not surprising you've not made it to civilisation yet - it takes a while to get enough camels to made the arduous journey across the Moors... :D

Bought my copy of WI yesterday - I'm famous! (but in quite small print....)  :D

It's a pity Paul photo'd the only partially completed PaK40.....

Still waiting for mine, we're down to one shop around Antwerp and I think it's not doing well coz they have not had the February issue in either, so I'm two issues behind now :(

Sexy Time  8)

Nah - not that photo...I've got that one on the disc  ;)

It's ok though - cos you're a bit blurred...and Paul's said you're from Holland  :o oops!

Anyway - got my copy yesterday & am pleased that it's made it into the mag...I've already had some contact off the back of the article re this year's event which is nice too. Good that the sponsors are mentioned too. Even better that there's no photo of me  8)

Next time I must remember though to stop organising stuff & making sure everyone else is ok - and get my own figures onto a table  :(

Kiwidave

How we looking for venue for 2011?

Found a pub with suitably buxom wenches?  :D

nikharwood

It's coming along...and there are plenty of pubs with staffing like that KD...

[ps - Bex owes me some time so I've got her back for some of this month - I'll say 'hi' from you, shall I?  8) :d 8)]
