AWI Mounted Generals for all nations......
Please reply with " yes please " lets show the poor, over worked designer genius, how many of us are anticipating his mini marvels :P
YES PLEASE!
YES PLEASE !!!!!!!
Yes please! ;D
Yes Please
Oh go on then - Yes please!
oops misclick ;)
Aye!
NAH , no need for them ! Only jokin, YES PLEASE !!!!!!!
I definitely want the AWI generals but would also like to see the French battalion command figures as well. I would like to start on the French army but hate to paint the infantry without the command.
right we have been knocked into 2nd position by a load of girly Nappys - so get your votes here again for those Commanders !!!!!

It's not just those Nappy lovers, the Falklands folks are mounting a remarkable offensive. Just a shame we won't get to see England vs Argentina...
A war on two fronts!
Are you mad?
Distract the nappy wearers with something shiney.
time to start again . ................ i like it :)
bump us back up and up 8)
forget these nappy wearers, they need a change.....................
AWI mounted generals for me, naturally accompanied by some lovely dragoons ;).
Yes Please
Should work for Lace Wars, I expect.
Aye !! but only British Generals ( possibly argueing with each other!! and not co-ordinating there superior men). No need for yanks - any scruff will represent their type
(How can one gleam glory dressed in drab colours? - red is the colour of soldiery).
:D :D ;)
yoohoo, dont forget us :)
:P

I've tried... :P
We aint going away.................... :P
Still lurking ;)
:D
YES PLEASE ;D
Ah YES please that is just what we need to complete our Brandywine project for next year :D
I've been thinking about this; my plans for specific figures for specific generals is a bit too ambitious in the short term.
Would people be satisfied if I did 3 generic mounted officers for the yanks and brits each? Pretty much like the Perries have done with their AWI 37 and 47?
I could manage to do that in the next month or so. I can do the fancier packs of generals and aides in due time, but people who need officers soon will at least have usable figures.
What do you reckon?

short term its great, and i can then wait for the real thing, knowing I still have a mounted command at least :)

They would probably find a place on my SYW battlefields.

that way all my brigades get commanders :P
Nice idea Clib !! :)
Great idea.
That's plenty to get the ball rolling. :D
Work on the officers has begun. I will not be doing any more 10mm work until they are finished.

Is it time yet ??
"one eye open, nothing yet......." I'll fall asleep just before they arrive......... Where are them matchsticks, for my eyes...
Don't get to excited they'll be a couple of weeks away yet.
They took quite a lot of work, spent more time on them than I ought to have.
Here's some pics, I spoil youse.

Most of those will look great as SYW generals as well! I am very pleased - you can't have too much personality on the table!

gonna be a long 2 weeks :(
Just think of the excitment of when they arrive :P
So...everyone over to the 'AWI packs' thread then ;)
OMG I'm about to burst with excitement !!!!! They are bloody fantastic !!!!!
I'm at risk of repeating myself... but these really are top-notch 8)
I'm glad everyone likes them. But don't count the chickens before they hatch; they have to get through the post safely first, and be cast successfully. That's the point at which I consider them done!
Actually there's a few odds and ends I want to correct or amend now that I've studied the photos.
So like software projects, a couple of weeks is rather like of couple of rabbits -- before you are done you have far more than two?
I don't expect my lead pile will be empty before they are released.
As soon as they arrive at Pendraken HQ, we'll get them moulded up straightaway. Should be in with the September releases (which is looking to be quite a bumper one at the moment...)
8)
damn - 3-4 week wait :(
my troops will ransack some unsuspecting town, as they are leaderless :P
Great work as usual, thanks Clib !

It's not that far away! You could order a few more troops in anticipation... :P
They are wonderful !! Beyond what I expect in my foolish dreams ;)
Oh great !!! great !!! great !!! :-bd
Now some french generals and command sets and I will be fine !! ;D
Totally agree >:<
12 days to go, we looking good for September or a slight slip until later ?
:-\
Glad to see mounted General's. Any chance you will be doing American Dragoon's to go with the British Dragoon's you already have, would love to do Guilford Courthouse.Old Glory makes Continental Dragoon's but they are to small and are not as nice as Pendraken.I love all the stuff you Guy's do I'm a yank and buy primarily Pendraken,Magister Militium keep up the stunning work. :)
How much difference is there between American dragoons and British dragoons? Aren't they pretty much the same uniform but different color and same helmets?
True Jagger: The 1st.&3rd the peak is rounded with no crest,2nd & 4th are relatively the same the continental's all have peak's on the cap's. These are all small item's and the nice thing about 10's is there small enough to forego the fine detail. Thank's for the insight I don't modify my game miniature's as much as the 54mm & 77mm figure's I do. It was nice chatting!
Rougue (mike)
At some point, I would like to see some dismounted dragoons.
