I 've think of it but seems to me, a stronghold must be a castle-like building. Maybe, I will do a sort of thing in the future...^^
Thank you!

When away from their strongholds, samurai generals would use one of the screened enclosures as a command post.

I don't make pile of skulls cause it is difficult to explain to my nephews that is NOT for real! ^^
Additionally, I don't have skulls in scale! ^^

I can chop them off the large and small skeletons, how many do you think you'd need?

I like your stronghold! Could I suggest you to glue fine sand on the yellow paths to improve the aspect? Also a Taiko (the big japanese drumms) near the gate could be nice.

Ohh, drums, what a cool idea!
Maybe fill the crack in the roof with some putty too? Then run a tooth pick over it to make it look like roof times?
Or not, up to you.
(You know this is going to end up with someone suggesting a zen contemplation garden...)

I was in a particuarly difficult meeting today negotiating with people who were demonstrating an excellent 'live' definition of the words 'moronic', 'obtuse' and 'imbecilic': for the record, I would like to report that I did, in spite of all inclination to the contrary, manage to stop myself from quoting Arsenus at them  :D

For the drumm you can use a 15mm or 20mm barrel, fixed on wood cross frame. Taiko looks like a huge barrel.

For 10mm I use Silver Sand.
It's basically Children's play sand (silver or white)with a very very fine grade (stuff they use in sand pits, may want to sieve it first for cars/toys/other nasty objects)
In Britain toy shops and garden centres sell it by the bag
