Panzerfausts are listed as 8 die at 5 cm. Since a unit may not approach closer than 5 cm except when assaulting, does this mean that panzerfausts can only fire from ambush when they can pop up within 5 cm or when the unit is being assaulted?
I think that you could make an order and move to 5cm, and then on a second order fire at 5cm range?
Infantry on a hedge/wood edge/in a town are visible at 5 cm, so they can fire at that point, op fire is your friend here. In effect the faust is an ambush weapon, pretty much as it was. And yes you can use it when being close assaulted.
