Tempting.

Good to see some round huts.

I would be inclined to use those with ancient Celts, possibly Welsh in the early Dark Ages. Don't know enough about Pict or Irish architecture at that time.

Some scratchy bit of my memory tells me that the Romans introduced corners to Britain. This suggests Pictish and Irish villages may well be rounded?

I'm sure someone who knows will let us know.

That would make them good for my Picts as well as the Gauls.

From what I remember when I was considering buying Saga and doing a campaign with it.

The more southerly Pictish settlements would have round houses like these though more northerly ones would use stone for the walls.

At least some Irish houses looked like this in "Ancients" times but Dark Age houses seem to have become rectangular - Roman or Viking influence presumably.

Is possible that i have made an error in the historical location. If someone believes they should be have another name, i don't have any problem to change it.  :-\

TBH they do look more like ancient Celtic Roundhouses and I would certainly use them in my Roman invasion of Britain project.

I think they'd fit into bits of the Dark Age, particularly the early part. However, I'm also sure that they will fit well with Ancients.

They will be great,
Iron Age buildings could be rectilinear or circular, just depends on the builder.

I would call them Iron Age for Britain.

I'd be inclined to go for Celtic huts/roundhouses, which covers the British Isles, east to Austria and south to northern Spain.
