After a bit of a delay after the big run of shows recently, we're very happy to now be able to release our new Warband Barbarians! Techno has done an excellent job on these, and as with the Goblins and Hill Dwarves, you're getting complete variety across all of the packs, with no too figures being identical. Alongside that, we've got revamped Mammoths, Catapults and Icarusi (the last of which we haven't got a pic of yet!)
Following on quickly from these will be the next batch of Monsters, including Scorpions, Spiders and Bats, and then we'll be raising the Undead!

Yup, looking fab Phil and Leon.
I can see an army pack order for those to bulk out my existing army! :)
Some of those are perfect for Dux Bellorum. Great work once again :).
Apart from all the archers being left handed these look great and one day when I have some money I'll buy some!
Fantastic work, even though I have a barbarian army I will have to add some of these new figures to it.
Excellent looking chaps, especially the guitar playing shaman (second from left). :)
The bison riders are left handed too.
Fantastic stuff! Perfect for besieging the battlements of Helm's Deep, I'd say. :D

Having just seen Mad Max he definitely needs to be wielding a combination guitar/ flamethower :)

I have been told on good authority that it is actually a "self sculpt" of when Techno was in a Rock Band with Noahs Sons!
Apparently they had a hits with "After the rain has fallen" and "Catch the Rainbow"
(I am going to be in so much Trouble :))

Very good Grumpy :D.

Yes.... You are. :P
I dunno.....You spend ages looking through your 'toy soldiers' folder to find a pic that
someone else has misplaced, to help them out.....and then a few hours later, this is how they repay you. ....Harrruuuumph ! :-*
"It's a Bank Holiday weekend.....Got nothing better to do.....Let's all pick on Phil." :P
(Do you know ?....I hadn't noticed the original sculptor had made those particular figures left handed. I just looked at them and went "Oh bother".....Look at all those bows I've got to replace....)
Now....Leave me alone ! ;)
Cheers - Phil
Love ya man! :-bd >:< >:<
;D ;D ;D
Thanks, Will.
Cheers - Phil
Did someone say "Leave me alone", pile it on lads pile it on.

Not at 06:21 at the end of a long shift I need all the help I can get. :)
They are very nice sculps though.
Perhaps the previous sculptor was left handed ?

That's quite possibly true. :-\
I'm right handed.....It feels 'natural' (and for some reason. easier) to make all my wee soldiers right handed too.
Cheers - Phil

Perhaps we should go back to the Olden days and burn all lefties at the stake?
What a waste of good stakes!
Fillet, blue... If you're asking.
For my Barbarian army I was looking at just going completely mobile with Bison riders and Mammoths mainly, but those catapults look tops. So my plan is to mount the catapults onto the backs of the Mammoths as a mobile artillery force, I'm not too sure how practical it will be but should be fun to do.
Lefties are winners. Martina Navratilova and Alexander should prove my point. Oh, and that other Alexander from Macedonia too.

That sounds like a plan!
Just placed an order so I can boost mine to full 100x50 bases. :)
A bison/mammoth heavy list will be a serious glass cannon warband.
It'll be insanely spectacular! Especially if the shaman can get off a few well timed 'summon the gods of storm and flame' spells. Ouch! :o ;D X_X
Can't wait to see how it fares on the battlefield. If it can survive the advance, I reckon it would make mincemeat of even the staunchest hill dwarf 'bow & bombard' line.
I suspect the chieftain's job will be mainly bolstering protection values. ;)

Move over Matt and Qubilai and your mobile command post. This man is thinking of mounting a catapult across the backs of four of dem mammoffy fings! Winner!!!
TMP got a bit confused over scales: http://theminiaturespage.com/news/talk/msg.mv?id=1870491544 ... make 10MM in BIG letters next time... ;-)

Oops, forgot to add it in after I copied and pasted the announcement from here. I'll make sure to remember next time!
