Lizardmen

I'm looking at putting together a Warmaster Lizardman army, using Pendraken figures.
There are 3 main types of lizards in the WM army list:
Skinks - small skirmishers and leaders
Sarus - lizard warriors (the bulk of the troops)
Kroxigor - big hard hitting lizard warriors

There are also a couple of variations of Sarus warriors
Cold One riders - lizardmen warriors mounted on lizards
Temple Guard - armoured lizardmen warriors

Also needed are flyers, salamanders, and a couple of types of dinosaurs.

Pendraken has 3 lizardmen ranges, normal, tribal, 15mm and within the tribal range there are the smaller newt men.

So how do the Pendraken figures fit to the WM list

Skinks = tribal newtmen
Kroxigor = 15mm lizardmen (these are very nice!)
Cold One riders = Lizrard Riders (rather than the tribal ones)

Sarus Warriors - not sure between Tribal or standard Lizardmen. The tribal look nicer, they are crisper castings, but the standard lizardmen paint up quite nicely. I may go with both. The tribal warriors with spears and shields would make nice Temple Guards

I think the tribal flyers are OK, but not certain about the lying down rider.

Salamanders are a problem

Dinosaurs - magister militum have a good variety.

Cool, nice to see these photo'd up next to each other.  The regular Lizard range was the one we started out with, and then the Tribals were added when we revamped a load of the Fantasy.  Looking forward to seeing them all painted up together.

Not yet. There are a few photos of test stands in my painting diary thread.

I did buy a can of blue spray paint recently!

I would like to progress this army, but other stuff keeps getting in the way.
